Jody Weiner is a writer, attorney and producer. His new novel Raise Your Other Right Hand (Speaking Volumes, LLC) will be published February 1, 2025; the second book in the series Crime Therapy is slated for publication in 2026.

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Weiner began his legal career defending criminal cases in state and federal courts. Since moving to San Francisco, he continues to practice law in California (admitted in CA & IL) concentrating on all manner of civil advice, disputes and their resolution. Weiner currently serves as Board President of San Francisco’s Litquake Foundation, producer of the largest, longest-running annual literary festival west of The Mississippi.
